National Wants and Warrants($20) is a nationwide listing of those individuals whom have an arrest issued for them or are wanted by law enforcement agencies.
Employment Verification($18) - Given a resume or application, we can verify dates of employment, position(s) held, salary and eligibility for rehire (if not prohibited by company policy).
Educational Verification($18) - Confirmation of the subject's claimed educational credentials (high school, college, professional, doctor or technical degrees). Search confirms highest degree completed or enrolled.
Reference Verification($18) - Given a resume or application, we will verify up to three references provided by the applicant. Information returned usually includes: Length of time known, in what capacity, general impressions, strengths/weaknesses, ability to interact with others and reasons for no recommendation. You can request all or one of the following above for a background check.
For all checks we offer a price of $62 per individual checked.

PROCESS SERVICE

Our company has a network of process servers that are able to handle the entire state of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York and Nationwide service. Every month our clients are sent a report via email charting our service results. We will serve any document anywhere.

CONSULTING - FORECLOSURE BILLING
Our company will do a complete overview of your billing practices and create a comprehensive report to direct your firm on how to revamp your billing procedures. Our office will make sure that you have the most up to date allowable fee schedules as well. In addition we can perform bank reconciliation's for your accounts.

BPO - BROKERS PRICE OPINION
Two-page BPO with adjustment columns performed by a licensed real estate broker/agent. Ordered as a "Drive-By" (exterior inspection only), or as an "Interior" (interior and exterior inspection). This will included two pictures - one photo of the front of the subject and one photo of the street scene.

JUDGMENT/LIENHOLDER REVIEW
Our company will provide you with an accurate address for all lienholders in order for you company to effectuate service. If we cannot provide a solid address we will NOT BILL for our services.

OCCUPANCY & PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Occupancy Verification - Verification of occupancy will be indicated by physical signs, neighborhood interview and/or personal property conditions based on exterior inspection.

Foreclosure Inspection - Monthly inspections to determine the occupancy status and physical condition based on exterior inspection.

Bankruptcy Inspection - Inspection to determine the physical condition and occupancy of the property based on exterior view. No occupancy contact is made.

PUBLICATIONS
Our company we handle all aspects with regards to sending your Notice of Absent Defendants publication to the correct newspaper. Our company will take care of paying for the printing costs. We will take care of following up with the paper to make sure we obtain the affidavit of publication. Let Default Express Services, Inc. handle this service and allow your company to service your client. We will then bill for the printing costs, plus our fee for this service.
